Announcement of lottery results: Before 12:00 (UTC+8) on Feb 2 on social media, and a notification with an invitation code will be sent to the mailbox of the KKTIX member.

Sale of unclaimed tickets: Feb 26, 12:00 (UTC+8) - Until all tickets are sold.

Purchase Method: Available only on the KKTIX website. You must first register on the KKTIX website using your real name at least 24 hours before buying a ticket.

All seats are equally priced and will be allocated by computer. Seat selection is not available.

Ticket holders will be allowed entry to the venue according to the identity used when registering for a ticket. No tickets will be available to purchase at the venue.

Live show ticket holders will receive a special mystery gift upon entering the venue.

The show will be presented in Chinese and Japanese, with only Japanese-to-Chinese interpretation provided onsite.

Due to the venue's limited capacity, a maximum of 700 tickets will be sold.

Purchase Method: Available only on the KKTIX website. You must first register on the KKTIX website using your real name at least 24 hours before buying a ticket.

The livestream will be subtitled in Chinese, English, and Korean. Parts performed live in Chinese and Japanese will not have subtitles.

Please log in early and test your connection to ensure the best possible viewing experience. If you enter the stream or buy tickets once the show has already started, you will not be able to rewind or replay the show.

No replay of the livestream will be offered after the show has ended.

Merchandise

Merchandise will be available to buy on the day of the event at 河岸留言西門紅樓展演館(Riverside Red House Theater Performance Hall) in Ximending. Please follow the instructions of the onsite staff on how and where to queue and pay for items.

Merchandise will be on sale from 10:00 to 15:00 on Mar 9. Customers may join the queue from 9:30 onwards. Overnight queuing or any activities that might disturb local businesses are strictly prohibited.

Only those with live show tickets will be permitted to make purchases. A valid ticket must be presented before paying for items.

To protect the rights of all customers, each transaction will have a purchase limit of one item of each type per customer. If you want to make another purchase, please line up again to enter the venue.

Supported payment methods: cash, VISA/Mastercard, Apple Pay/Google Pay.

To help protect the environment, plastic bags will not be provided. Those who wish to make a purchase are advised to bring a reusable shopping bag.

Please do not conduct private transactions, transfers, or engage in any other behavior that might infringe upon the rights of other onsite consumers.
